At last my December Daily mini-album is finally ready. I have been working on it for a couple of weeks now. I have been looking around at the experts in this subject and Ali Edwards is my main source of inspiration besides Heidi Swapp and Teresa Collins. I wanted to incorporate my current daily into last year’s events as I had the photos but not the daily. So I decided to kill two birds with one stone. I made my favourite style of cardstock mini-album with christmas looking designer papers. Then I prepped it with embellishments, dates and photos. It is already rather thick and chunky. I have left a lot of journalling spots for me to write my comments. I feel that I do not need to take similar pictues every year as they never get used in the first place. An example is pictures of cookies. They usually look the same regardless of which year they were taken. Instead I have decided to just write a journal note that I have made gingerbread cookies or ‘pepperkakor’ in Swedish on such and such date. It saves a lot if time and I will be able to stick to the plot for a change. A lot of the pictures were taken last year but I have left room to include some current photos as well especially in the side pockets. Here are the pictures that I would like to share with you. This is not the conventional December Daily mini-album but it works for me. I will be focusing more on the journalling aspect this year. Talking of which I realise now that I have not included the years on my mini-album front cover. Well, I have the rest of 2016 to fix it, I will be working on it for a while. If I do not post anything before the year runs out, I would like to thank you all for your support and all the best for 2017. Merry Christmas too.
