Handmade cards

I would like to share two cards that I have made recently. Being spring with Easter just around the corner, I decided to use some yellow designer papers from my stash. The first card is an Easter card and this is how it turned out. It looks bright and cheerful quite unlike the weather here at the moment which is dull and grey. Happy Easter has been stamped and matted with two banner tails embellishing the mat. The designer papers used are from Graphic 45 and from Simple Stories.

The other card is a birthday card for an amazing person who is turning 90 years soon. I have used my X-cut dies to form a base for the numbers cut with a Tim Holtz’s die. The designer papers are from 7 Gypsies and Graphic 45. Both are from older paper lines.
I would like to take the opportunity in wishing all my readers a “Happy and Peaceful Easter.”
